Hello 2 years before I was doing business on tourist visa in Bangkok. So Thai police arrested me and send me to the prison. After 48 days Court released me and send me to the Bangkok IDC 13july they deported me to India with red stamp on my passport. The officer can't give you 16 days because there isn't a 16 day stamp. It's unfortunate that you arrived an hour before and will overstay by a day.
